Gabriel Bebeșelea kicks off his tenure as Principal Conductor of the “George Enescu” Philharmonic with a concert on the 21. January. For this special occasion, he is joined on stage by the young virtuoso Daniel Ciobanu, who will perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23.
