Baltic Sea Philharmonic debut in Budapest
The Baltic Sea Philharmonic will make its Hungarian debut on the 19th of November at the Müpa Budapest. The orchestra will be led by Kristjan Järvi and the soloist of the evening is pianist József Balog. The programme will inventively intertwine movements from Grieg’s Piano Concerto with his Suite No. 1 from Peer Gynt, before climaxing with Stravinsky’s 1945 orchestral version of The Firebird.
